Hand Fellowship Application Requirements

The fellowship application requirements for the Vanderbilt Hand & Upper Extremity Center are as follows:

· Universal Hand Surgery Application

· Three Letters of Recommendation

· Current CV

· Photo

· Medical School Transcript - official sealed not necessary (copy is okay)

· USMLE Scores

Deadline for applications is December 20, 2018. Interviews are held mid-January through the beginning of March 2019. Dates have not been set at this time.
